Stop leading your life of "quiet desperation" I love the fact that it's based on a true story

What a gem of a book. It will take you about an hour to read but it can change the destiny or course of your life.
And I don't say that lightly.
I have bought over a dozen copies and have started to give them away.
Or at least, I've shared the story herein with as many people as possible.
Read it. Share it. And Live it.

I read this after I read Delivering Happiness. The message in both books is similar but ...

I read this after I read Delivering Happiness. The message in both books is similar but I really enjoyed The Dream Manager much more. If you have read any of Patrick Lencioni's books and enjoy them then you should not hesitate to read The Dream Manager. No matter if you are an employee, manager, executive, parent, student, etc this is a book that everyone can and should learn from.

This was a good look into things done right in business. Too many times, those in the corner office think they know what's best for employees when they don't. I wish more businesses, owners, management, etc., large and small would read this book!
